About Delivery

Q1: Where is the dress shipping from? How long will I get my dress?

A1: MaireProm is a China based company. With years of experience supplying prom dresses abroad, we established our own website. We only offer online service. All dresses listed on our website will be tailor made by professional tailors. Finished gowns will be shipping from Hong Kong then transfer to your destination.

We have three kinds of delivery option. For standard delivery, dress can arrive around 30 days. For rush order, dress can arrive around 20 days. For super rush order, dress can arrive around 13 days. Rush order service is for prior dress making and faster international service. So rush order fee is extra charge besides standard shipping charge.

Q2: Will I get the dress in time if I’m not in UK?

A2: Normally, shipping time from China to US, UK, FR, IT, AU is the same. If you are in other countries or some remote areas, it takes 2-3 more days for shipping.

About Special Request

Q1: Can I make alterations to the dress I want to buy?


A1: We offer free alteration service for cases listed as below:

---Add/Remove Train

---Add/Remove Straps

---Add/Remove Slit

---Lengthen/Shorten Dress Length

Note: If you want to add sleeves, please send us exact measurements including shoulder breadth, armpit girth, upper arm girth, elbow girth, wrist girth, length from shoulder to elbow, length from elbow to wrist. We don’t recommend customers to add sleeves as it need many more measurements and any inaccuracy will cause fitting problems. So please be advised dress made extra sleeves can’t be returned.

Q2: Can I order a color not listed on MarieProm?

A2: We have more shades than listed online. So if you have special requests, please send us photos for reference first. We will find closest fabric we have and discuss it with you.

Q3: How can I order a color in another dress when both dresses are made of same material?

A3: For example, if you want to purchase “ chiffon dress 1“ and you like the color on “chiffon dress 2”, please leave us a note in order that you want “color same as chiffon dress 2 ” then we will make it for you. It would be better if leaving us a phone number which can make us reach you in the morning. Because we may call you to discuss it if there is a need.

About Return & Exchange

Q1: Can I return my dress if I don’t like it after trying on? Can I buy a few items and only keep the one suiting me the best?

A1: Due to the uniqueness of tailor made items, we can’t accept return for trying on purpose. If you need to confirm the dress quality before shopping, please contact our customer service and ask for swatches or real dresses photos.

Q2: What is your return policy?

A1: We do and only accept return for quality problems including size mismatch, color mismatch and style mismatch. We need photos as proof to check dress condition before handling each return request. We won’t accept return without clear reasons and proof. Please be advised.

About Payment

Q1: What can I do if I can’t finish payment successfully using my credit card?

A1: Please contact your bank to ask for reason for failed transaction. Our prior payment method is credit card but if your credit card failed we will send you PayPal invoice as alternative.
